That's the colour of their gorgeous 100% sweet paprika
chilli which is smoked with manuka wood chips, dried
and ground to a powder - and is to die for. Sprinkle
it on everything - fantastic on top of the roast chook.

The mellow smokey spice is good in all sorts of dishes.
Anything that likes a bit of smoke will work, but that
i sunderselling the spice ....you can use a little on
fish fillets or lamb beofre serving.
