From traditional meat meals, through al fresco dining, accompaniments to finger food, through to BBQ sauces and sauces to add that special something as an ingredient in stir fries and oven baked dishes.

All of Orcona's products are pure, with no added Tomato, bulking agents, colours, flavourings or preservatives.

Mint n Chilli Sauce 150ml bottle
"Mint sauce with attitude" made from our own fresh mint, blend of vinegars and just a hint of chilli. Lovely with lamb, being not so hot as to overpower the flavours.

Sharkbite Sauce 150ml bottle
A sweet lemon sauce with just a touch of chilli heat - a lovely sauce for seafood dishes, poultry or simply as a salad dressing.

"Snake Venom" Hot Jalapeno Sauce 150ml bottleWithout the sweetness of our sweet chilli sauce, this one is considerably hotter but still with the characteristic jalapeno flavour.

"Fire in the Hole" Hot Chilli Sauce 150ml bottle
Not to be outdone by the yellow habanero, this sauce based on the Red Habanero blended with several other chilli varieties is a real scorcher!!! but fully flavoured as well.
